Hope you all are having a merry time during this holiday season! It is almost a new year and we have some important clinic updates, so please read our December Newsletter below.

You can now book an appointment through an app! We are no longer scheduling appointments through our website, we have an app that does so much more! You can schedule appointments, check your past and future scheduled appointments, see your records & more!
In your App Store, download “PatientHub 360.” Let us know you are joining so we can send you a unique code to connect you with our office.

Amber’s Updates:
Our office manager, Amber, has been working as hard as Santa’s elves this holiday season. She has a few IMPORTANT UPDATES to share with you all…
As we approach the new year, we are writing to inform you about some important updates to our financial policies effective January 1, 2025.
Updated Financial Form: To better serve you and streamline our billing process, we have updated our financial form. This new form will provide clearer information about our services, billing procedures, and payment options. We kindly ask all patients to complete the updated form at their next appointment to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.
Price Increases: As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality care, we regularly review our pricing structure to reflect the increasing costs of medical supplies, advanced technologies, and maintaining a skilled and dedicated staff. Beginning January 1, 2025, there will be a slight increase in the prices of some of our services. Please be assured that we have made every effort to keep these increases to a minimum while continuing to offer the exceptional care you have come to expect from us.
We understand that changes in pricing can be challenging, and we are committed to working with you to ensure that your care remains affordable. If you have any questions or concerns about these updates, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
HSA/ FSA: Our office will continue to accept HSA / FSA as payment for services rendered in our office for all your and your family health and wellness. We offer a variety of supplements, WEI patches to help with injuries and pain as well as other products. HSA benefits can also be used towards Dr. Tam Spat NMD, our naturopath on staff for services ranging from weight-loss, natural remedies to acupuncture.
CareCredit: We’re excited to share that we now accept CareCredit! Whether you’re scheduling chiropractic care, massage therapy, or other treatments, CareCredit makes it easier to prioritize your health and wellness this holiday season. Ask us how you can use it to keep your care stress-free and flexible!
